Please cover in Philippine women's chess - WGM Janelle Frayna, the female Wesley So, who upset Georgian GM (really GM not just WGM) Bela Khotenashvili at the 2022 world blitz? #suggestion There's a 12-move UNDERPROMOTION puzzle there. [Variant "From Position"] [FEN "6k1/6b1/1p1P3p/6pP/3pPpP1/p2NqP2/6K1/5Q2"] 1. Qd1 a2 2. Qb3+ Kf8 3. d7 Qe2+ 4. Nf2 Ke7 5. Qd5 Kd8 6. Qf7 Bf6 7. Qe8+ Kc7 8. Qc8+ Kd6 9. e5+ Qxe5 10. d8=R+ Bxd8 11. Qxd8+ Kc6 12. Qa8+ Kd7 For some reason none of the Philippine channels even cover this game. LOL. But Janelle did cover the game where e drew against Nemo, so maybe Janelle will cover this game later on.

It's really amazing that these super GM's can capitalize a weak move like f6. The snowball effect is real after that move. For a simpleton like me, I wouldn't even know why White was winning after f6 was played.

Oh wow. The move that he played is a faster way to win. I did not see that one. I saw bishop b3 takes on e6. To remove the defender of f 6 because he will force a trade on e6. Therefore that’s how the rook will Exeter that open file. But the way Levon played is a bit much quicker to win.
