❤❣❤ Incredible images at the beginning ! To be more precise along the all Video ! There is a type of orchestra and percussions at the beginning . So the timing is very slow...really interesting . The intensity of the Video is pretty unreal ! Jazzy background of the drums ! Like the use of the dynamics , the ride patterns , the sounds . Guys the sounds of this kit in my opinion are frickin' amazing . I have to say that I listen from the cell phone so for sure i cannot appreciate at maximum the sounds but the racking tom is 'insane' ihih . The composition is the opposite of the immediate ! 15'10" Around ❣💫🙋 In italiano 'The Neverending Story' is 'La Storia Infinita' 16'34" Eheh good ear Sir Tra recognizes immediately the groovy sound of the kit and the rolls . Niðstång is a proto nordic word, the ð is basically a softer version of th, so it would be something like "knee (soft) th - stung". thats about the easiest way that i can explain it to a native english speaker. Edit: a Niðstång is a kind of curse totem with a horses head on it, sometimes the leather of the skinned torso would be there aswell, it would be put up facing the way of the person you wanted to curse. on the pole you would inscribe powerful runes that can have dark implications like tripple Isa or triple Thurs. The horse being one of the 3 animals connected to Odin (next to the raven and the wolf) would be a direct call for the gods to send bad fortune to the person whose name it was sacrificed in, aswell as for the spirits of the land to refuse them any help. basically one of the meanest curses you could send unto someone without actually touching them. the first part is sung from the perspection of the souls taken by the lake, talking about the place and the totem, the second part is the Niðstång figuratively speaking.
