Yes that is Bobbie Debarge the eldest brother. Tommy Debarge was also a member of Switch. Also James Ingram's brother Philip Ingram was a member of Switch. Bobbie Debarge was a hell of a songwriter, keyboardist, and singer, sadly the world lost him to Aids contracted it from his drug use. May he rest in peace.

I was 13 years old when Switch dropped this mega hit. Great song and fantastic group!! There were actually 2 DeBarge family members in this group, Bobby the one in the middle lower row and his brother to his left. Bobby was the best singer in the family according to his younger brother El DeBarge.

Yes,Bobby and Tommy Debarge made it Motown in Los Angeles when it moved there and Switch became huge! They went back to get the younger Debarge , including El. And they formed the group Debarge. bobby and Tommy remained in Switch and both groups were big
