It's Lovely..😀 tasty😋 mouthwatering😊 Paavbaji sir. Maine aaj hi banayi. I also don't lik to use boiled veggies. N u exactly did this. N most importantly... that secret ingredient "kasuri methi" really made it awesome taste. I use 2 tomatoes instead of 4 as i don't lik it much. N i put cauliflower also. But taste ws really really awesome.

As I don't cook very often (like once in a blue moon) my mother stopped me from putting 3tsp of Kashmiri Lal Mirch but I kinda fought with her and added it to the mixture believing how could Bharath be wrong. She kept on insisting that the pav bhaji masala already has mirchi in it but yeah I didn't listen. And if someone is reading this comment please don't add more than 1/2tsp of the kashmiri lal mirch otherwise the pav bhaji would be too spicy to eat. You can gradually add more if you find it bland or less spicy but coming from a punjabi family we don't eat highly spicy food. Also we increased the ratio of potatoes and tomatoes to make the bhaji edible and trust me it tasted amazing and my whole family loved it. Moral of the story- Mothers are always right.

I don’t think u used kashmiri lal Mirch, because Kashmiri mirch just gives natural red color to food, it’s not spicy at all.

I guess ur mirchi powder is a mix of 2 different types of mirchi and hence it gave u color after adding 3 tbsp of mirchi powder and increased spicyness also. Otherwise kashmiri mirchi is not at all spicy...its meant for color...try everest ka Kashmirilal n not tikhalal

👌24.May.2020 Wowowow What a taste. Excellent recipe. I used little less Butter as kids are conscious these days, but Butter & Red Chilli powder on Buns is a superb idea, gives colour & taste. I even used some Thick Kulcha’s & Tortillas, as was short of bread due to lockdown, BUT every bread had its own unique taste with Butter & Red Chilli powder, tasted great.
