Very relaxing exercise I will do daily w o fail.whole day we do work in standing position so muscles are not opening n unable to sit down so these exercises will make our body flexible. Thanks a lot

नमस्कार ताई सुप्रभात बदलापुर आपण खूप छान सांगता आपल्या कडे बघून समाधान वाटते मी रोज लावून थोडाफार व्यायाम करते परतु मला गुडघे दुखी आहे त्यमुळे थोड थोड मी करते आपण छान साग ता खूप छन वाटत करायला
