Thank u Saurabh, I found your video useful for my knee pain. I could do most of them well accept the one that includes bending the knee towards the chest. Since I have problem with my right knee it doesn’t bend easily. That is reason I have problem getting in and out of the car, when driving I can drive with ease. Still going to do it regularly to see if I get any relief. Thank u so much for teaching good techniques. 👏👏 I just turned 80 on July ist week but have no courage to replace my knee.

Hi GD evngSir This is Anjana here...thanks a lot for sharing..simple exercises Recently on this 4th sep I met with Major car accident..my right leg ankle broke...into 8pieces..another bone besides broke ..now operation done so rods and titanium plates inserted .
