As per my knowledge,it is carbohydrates and not the sugars harmful for body specially for diabetic persons.I think we have to calculate GI of any food.So it is said that G I of coconut sugar and dates is low so many suggest diabetic can consume in moderation.I for myself have started using stevia in my cup of tea . Very informative video. Many doubts are clear. Please more highlight about properties of safolite which is pored in making Jugllary to make white the jugllary. What reactions are appeared on the surface, in old jugllary after few months. Specially in rainy season. Whether this type of jugllary are eatable without fear of any harm. Clearify if make any further video on the subject. Watching from Lucknow. Liquid form, we called it Rab which I have used a number of times in childhood. But it is hardly available now in cities. Dry form, we call it Khand, which is still used in several sweet making.
