दाल पकवान बहुत ही पॉपुलर ब्रेकफास्ट की डिश हे. खास कर सिंधी लोग इसे बनाते हे, और उनकी बनायीं दाल पकवान का तो कोई मुकाबला नहीं। वैसे तो ज्यादातर इसे ब्रेकफास्ट में खाया जाता हे लेकिन मेरे घर पे तो हम इसे डिनर में बनाते हे. चने दाल से बनने वाले ये दाल पकवान आप जरूर बनाकर खाये मज़ा आजायेगा.
चाट की तीनो चटनी की रेसिपी:
• 3 Chat Chutney Recipes...
Ingredients:
Pressure Cook:
1 + 1/4 Cup Chanadal
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Cups Water
For Pakwan:
1 Cup Wheat Flour
1/4 Cup Maida
1/4 tsp Carrom Seeds
Salt to Taste
1 tbsp Oil
Water as Require
For Dal:
1 tsp Ghee
1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
5-6 Curry Leaves
2 Green Chillies
3 Dry Red Chillies
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1 Chopped Onion
1 Chopped Tomato
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp Chat Masala
Salt to Taste
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander
For Serving:
Chopped Onion
Chopped Tomato
Fresh Coriander
Green Chutney
Garlic Chutney
Sweet Chutney
Chopped Green Chillies
Roasted Cumin Powder
Chat Masala
Lemon Juice
