I purchased this hair dryer for my mother after seeing your video, when it is delivered i noticed cool shot button is not working,then i replaced this product but 2nd one also has same problem,so please tell me, is this cool shot button is only showpiece or it works really after pressing????

This hair dryer , gives a burning smell , just in a month of purchasing it it stopped working and the plastic melted!! I don't know what's wrong with the hair dryer , the plastic melted due to its own heat
