something you all should think about. Yes, PB is for all ages and it is designed so everyone can enjoy it. However, it is hard on your back and glutes. Kitchen restriction and will to spike the ball has one leaning over a lot. This happening for one game, no problem, in my Saturday league, we played for 4 hours and there was the problem. i can play 5 sets of tennis at 4.5 level and have not issues, 6 games of competitive PB and I am having issues. Yes, I am older than most but I am in good shape so take my advice. Change your stands when attacking the net. do not lean forward for too long waiting for the ball to spike and, do not be too impatient and wait for the right pop up to attack, as in one that comes to your power zone hitting area.

With 8 knee surgeries I can no longer play tennis at the level I am used to, so this game will have to do. I do feel like it’s easier for tennis players to pick up. I hit with a lot of spin that many of the regular pickleballers don’t use. I don’t know if they don’t know how, or just don’t do it?

I think it has to do with the ball bouncing within that zone. I think once it bounces in that area, you’re free to step in and retrieve it if need be. I think Mc was getting called because he was returning it through the air inside that area

I'm sorry but I just can't get into this. Tennis was my #1 sport in the 80's and 90's but this is just a watered down version of the sport. This used to be what we did to warm up - mini tennis. Some of my friends play it and love it but I'd rather play the real thing.
