First time in my videos that I've noticed how many times I drop the rocks each time I record...

Some really nice finds there. The heat can make one tire quickly. It is so draining. Many cooler days to come soon :) The last one you showed sure does look like a agate. Hopefully when you cut into it, it will be amazing 😊

I will have to take advantage of the cooler days to come, at least when it comes to agate hunting! I don't want winter to come too fast now!

Nice finds, keep up the hard work. Sometimes you gotta get creative and not be afraid to try new things to get the Agates! Was nice seeing those "glowys" as my son calls them. Stay hydrated and take breaks frequently, subbed 😀

Glowys! I like that term. The sun definitely makes them hard to miss with their shine! Lots to learn when trying new places :)

I can tell you one thing, you are way better off moving around than digging. I've learned that digging in one spot will not produce much unless you were meant to dig in that spot. If anything you're better off moving around, and spot digging the surface.

Good insight! I personally like the moving around looking for them better anyways!

There's plenty of agates to do just that. It's the exact same philosophy I've had to come to terms with. Especially when it comes to creeks. As tempting as it is, it's an unethical thing to do. Pits are ok to dig in, but it destroys the micro-ecosytem in creek rockbeds. I've learned that the hard way, by my conscience.

Cassie, thank you for the knowledge because again, I am still new to so much of it, so it’s good to hear all of these perspectives :)
