Hi there. I'm a newer subscriber to your channel. Me and my girlfriend watch you together on my tablet. We are from guttenberg iowa which is right on the Mississippi River. We hunt for agates, jasper petrified wood and quartz long as its not the plain Jane quartz. We love the inclusions and mineral veins and with those they polish in the tumbler just beautifully. Fossils are also a favorite of ours as well. We love all the jasper and petrified wood you find and especially love those treasure state agates they look amazing

That stunning piece of agatized pet wood at 16:30 was definitely the highlight for me, as was the final beautiful banded (to me) jasper-agate you found at the very end. The one with the leaf-shaped inclusion looks a lot like common opal. We have lots of that in Oregon. Thanks, as always for taking us along on your adventures. This was a good way to proceed into studying for my accounting exam. Best wishes to you on your job hunt - may everything turn out as it was supposed to. Glad you have agate hunting and fishing to help you avoid the burnout that seems to lurk for every healthcare provider. Be well.

Lots of jasper, agate, petrified wood, jade and much more. That along with shells, sand dollars, sea glass and driftwood make it a beachcombers paradise. Hi and greetings from Germany. River hunting is quite difficult in my area because the rivers are very channelised (is that the right expression?) and so you have to drive a while to find gravel bars. But what we have nearby are a lot of places to look for fossils. And lately, after a lot of research, I found a spot where I discovered rocks like the one you found at 15:12. And some of them have the size of a football... It's quite a drive from home, but I love that spot and the material polishes up so nicely. So, that was it about my hunting and I definitly love watching your videos and seeing the treasures you find.

You are an absolute delight! (As is Kip 😁). I love your nerdy enthusiasm and your voice, and I want to see what is inside every one of these beauties! I’m so jealous of these vast fields of rocks you have out where you are, as I’m in NYC and don’t drive, so my rockhounding is pretty limited. Still, though, NYC turns out to have some pretty darn fascinating gravel lurking around if you keep your eyes on the ground! Also, love your coffee shoutout and reference to Walla Walla! I’m originally from Seattle, and i miss the unbelievable beauty of my home state... and the awesome place names; my favorite county seat in the land is Walla Walla, Walla Walla, WA 😀
