Too slow? They had to introduce like 4 new characters, build up the mystery of “Teen” and they managed to do all that and have a kick ass song. Loved this episode.

Indeed. Nowadays people just want to get into the thick of things right away. I know, because I DO actually feel like that at times. Even for this show. The moment I realized the police serial was in Agatha's mind, I was like, gosh how long will this take? That specific thought broke me out of my own entrapment lol, make me remember that hey, have patience. And after that, I realized, no it is not actually slow.

yeah but from the commercials you see RIO is with the Group so she shows up at some point as Mrs "Heart" is not the one destined to be there..will be interesting if Mrs "Heart" becomes a witch as she on the road now.

My theory is that given that Agatha never actually planned to take them down the road, she didn't invite Rio because Rio would have seen through her ploy to drain the other witch's magic.

I think Mrs. Hart never joined them on the road. It could be that when the real Mrs. Davis went back into the house to grab her purse, Rio subdued her and took her place. It could explain how the witches were able to open the door even without a proper green witch (which Rio is), why Mrs. Hart isn’t always featured with the group in show clips, and why Rio is even able to enter the road dimension at all without (presumably) summoning a coven of her own.

This is lightning fast compared to WandaVision. I wound up loving that show but it was sooooo slow at first that I almost gave up after ep2. Personally loving the pacing of Agatha.

Wait from what I was gathering, the witches were all de/powered. Not at their full potential if I’m not mistaken. And the show is moving at the right pace. I don’t find it slow at all. I’ve been hearing that a lot. There’s only nine episodes altogether. I could tell that this new generation has like a short attention spans because in my time we had 24 episodes per season on a TV show. So to me it’s moving at the right speed

The only witch at supposedly full power in the coven is the divination witch... So not quite all of them are completely depowered but the majority of the witches in the coven are, absolutely.

Am I the only one who thinks that Kathryn Hahn has never looked or been this equally badass and sexy in any role she’s ever played? Not just because she looks hot in that awesome outfit of hers in the end, but because she’s got that perfect “take shit from nobody” attitude. And Aubrey Plaza in that black modern witch outfit with that smokey eye shadow!🥵🥵🤯🤯

I’m only used to her being funny casually in comedies. Seeing her be serious / bad ass and the main character has made me a fan of hers and want to look into more of her stuff.

Yall just want criticism to add just for the sake of it, first episode was pretty obvious that aubrey was just there to tease agatha since they can’t really kill each other, she even said getting her powers will kill herself. Now, it’s slow when we just assembled A WHOLE COVEN IN 30 minutes show time? Other shows may take half a season just assembling a team building their individual characters, but this show did not follow that formula which is so refreshing and feels like an actual TV show, more on action and the plot is clear.

Theories.... I agree with the idea that the dead body was not Wanda. It was the Darkhold. Rio and Teen crashed into Agatha's delusions to free her, so that she would walk the Road for them. Rio was already a part of Agatha's coven, which is why she couldn't kill her and how she'll be able to follow on the Road. Teen is Billy Kaplan, a reincarnated version of Wanda's son, but unaware of that. He is, however, being heavily manipulated by someone else. Nicholas Scratch or Cthon, the eldritch god who created the Darkhold. Mr. Scratchy is Nicholas, trapped in rabbit form. The Salem Seven, his coven, stopped to help him after they entered the house, delaying enough to let Agatha and the others escape. Everyone wants Agatha to walk the Road, so that they can get what they want at the end.

It is not too slow!!!! What the hell do people want? They are just trying to nitpick shit. In 2 episodes we’ve had Agatha break out of her spell, Rio and teen introduced, events from Multiverse of madness acknowledged, Rio and Agatha fought, mention of Nicolas Scratch, we met each of the witches that will be on the road and their motivations, we got mention and SAW the Salem seven, heard the ballad that Alice’s mom wrote (which was an amazing performance!), and we got to see the road!!!! Like damn I’m impressed of how well they fit all that into just two episodes. Y’all need to stop bring up the pacing goodness!! And judging by the comments and other online sites, people agree that the show is NOT TOO SLOW!!!

I loved the fact that you showed the clip that gave us the most information about Teen’s identity: the video call from his boyfriend. Wiccan is half of one of Marvel’s most famous “power couples” - Wiccan and Hulkling. The fact that the picture of him when he called gave an impression of a beefy muscular frame seems to lend credence to the possibility.

Billy is reincarnated in another body in the Comics. I think "Teen" here was one of the victims in the car crash accident Agatha referred to in the first episode.

When Teen gets muted while driving the car...it reminded me of a situation in Multiverse of Madness. In the scene where Strange first approaches Wanda in the orchard, the audio significantly drops out when Wanda speaks and I just considered it a defect on my DVD. I've played that DVD multiple times and this audio dropout always occurs at that moment. Now I'm wondering if some hex was cast to Wanda. I'll have to re-watch it on tv to see if there is a similar audio dropout or if it is truly just a DVD defect.

I like what someone else said. There is a possibility of Mrs. Heart being Rio in disguise as Aubrey plaza did mention Rio can Shape shift. I also really liked the Salem Seven and I’m excited and anxious to see more of them!

I think the typical thing to remember when it comes to mystical things that can grant you what you want is: You always know what you want, but the Road will always give you what you need. So while Wiccan may want power and to levitate and all that, it may be his mother that provides that to him, as that's what he needs, not immediate power.

I feel like there’s more of Mrs Hart/Sharon character. Let’s recap to WandaVision on Ep 1, she’s the one who most likely break from wanda spell. She’s the first “character who can do that”. In Agatha All Along it’s more likely for me to believe she’s the witch in disguise. But she didn’t know that she’s a witch, because to perform and opened the door to witches road it’s gotta be a team of a full witches. In the list of Lilia gave there’s no name of Mrs Hart and also she’s the one who noticed the door first. My first theory is, she’s the “other” Green witch. She just didn’t know that she’s a witch.

Wiccan's real name is Billy Kaplan, not Billy Maximoff. Billy Maximoff is dead. His soul reincarnates into Billy Kaplan but in this new life he has another family which means another mother. If he wishes for his mom to come back it will be her and not Wanda that he is wishing for. I think he's really gonna end up being the reincarnation of Nicholas Scratch. That'd make a more interesting side kick for Agatha.

What I like about Agatha the most is that she’s real villain to Wanda. She’s interesting, evil, can absorb a person’s power and knows a lot about witchcraft. That makes her a real threat to Scarlet Witch even tho she’s more powerful.

Because that would mean that the Salem 7 are the children of Nicholas Scratch! So grandchildren of Agatha. 4 sons 3 daughters, and 6 out of the Salem 7 can appear as a specific animal! And we’ve seen vertigo’s(eldest daughter) face and not of the other 6 ,but knowing that she’s the only 1 that can’t appear as animal.. confirms a bit that these Salem 7 are the children of Nicholas! So if it is then the rest of the show will be WILD💜

I feel like mrs. Hart will not make it. Definitely keep an eye on the lyrics to the ballad because even though it's a spell, it's also a map and a warning with hints to help you make it to the end. And in the ballad it says "If one be gone, we carry on, spirt as our guide" so i do think someone will meet their end and agatha does say in the trailer that the road is supposed to test them on their knowledge of the craft, and mrs hart doesn’t seem like a seasoned witch.

Nicolas (or his soul) is a rabbit, obviously. Teen is Billy. He's the show center because he's the key of returning Wanda. + he's one of the mains in Young Avangers.
