Now it makes sense, in that kiss of death at the end, it killed Agatha but gave her a bit of Death's power. That's why she said it was a calculated risk!

Did you even watch the show,rio(death) cannot kill anyone she wants because she feels like it,at the end agatha killed herself thats why it was allowed,she absorbed some of rio’s power which she explained in this scene that it would kill her

@@YungRoronoa_YT With the context of her character yea it’s shit. But given that they where setting up her reveal for later then okey I can look past it. She does seem to like to punish Agatha and given that she at that point had no powers she made it fair and her bias towards her also helped with that. Until the finale where she was fed up and had no issue putting up a fight that she knew she was going to win.
