Personally I love it I switched to Agave because is protecting the bees 🐝 and their homes for them to be happy and not enslaved by us humans. I rather stick with plant based products.

@SynthVGguitarist5 ай бұрын
Idk about long term, but to me it seems to me to better than maple syrup, cane/coconut sugar. Even better than Sugar alcohols and stevia(haven't found plain monk fruit w/o added erythritol) which all seem to have negative digestive side effects.

Will it make you fat? Fat belly?

Most likely since it has so much fructose...
@HenriFaust3 жыл бұрын
Agave nectar is greater than 50% fructose. Its nutritional content is, broadly speaking, the same as both honey and high fructose corn syrup. Use sparingly. Fructose has half the per unit calories and twice the per unit sweetness compared to sucrose, so agave nectar is a healthier alternative to table sugar or raw cane sugar (sucrose). The exact same can be said of high fructose corn syrup.

It being as bad as high fructose isn't bad for home brewers and moonshiners. I make tequila at home now. And it doesn't have that harsh tequila taste

Corn syrup is usually made from gmo corn, does that mean the agave nectar is healthier?
@Crusito45635 жыл бұрын
Yes a man made corn and God made agave take your pick
@Interestingworld45675 жыл бұрын
Carlos Cruz they use chemicals to extract the Fructose from the agave so is almost as corn gmo the chemicals that you are getting from that is gmo. HIGH FRUCTOSE AGAVE SYRUP.
@Interestingworld45675 жыл бұрын
Carlos Cruz and AGAVE is pure Fructose 98% fructose.
