I am in a new relationship with a 19yr age gap, me being the older(42+23). It started randomly, we just happened to start chatting at a gathering. He just told his younger friends groups, and they really support him! But im afraid my ppl will think hes just a little gold digger, or wants the "Daddy Experience" for a little while, but I honestly dont think so. He has his own money.

I’m 27 and honestly I knew more stuff that the older guy knew than the younger guy. I was raised by older boomer parents (Dad born in 1947, Mom 1953) in rural WI. No cable or internet until I was in high school, only 7 channels on the analog TV. I grew up watching a lot of shows and movies from the 1950s-1970s. Apart from the baseball player and the last movie I knew them all!

Thank you, both! You make a great couple; I just discovered your videos--have only seen two episodes--and I really enjoy your dynamics; you both act, look and sound like engaging, interesting, enthusiastic and most of all, you look, act and sound so "normal" without the so common gay universe shallowness and pretentiousness. My life partner (69yo) and I (65yo) have known each other for thirty (39) years; have lived uninterruptedly for thirty eight (38) and have been married for almost three (3) years now. Brian so correctly stated with age our social support circle shrinks with each passing year. You have no idea how many friends, relatives and acquaintances we have lost to THE AIDS pandemic; to the COVID19 pandemic, and to other circumstances; and at our age, is getting harder and harder to make new, true friends. Again, thank you for your great videos. Stay well and healthy.

Having viewed several of your blogs, the one underlying factor which consistently crops up is the constant reminder to viewers of your age difference, with little digs and aspersions as to the obviously huge age gap. I really do wish you well but if your not careful, sooner or later one of you will see that it simply isn't working, if it wasn't a problem you wouldn't constantly bring the subject up!

OMG, where to start? Dear sweet Mr. Jonathan, I remember you asking in a video how old we thought Brian was, but I don't remember you ever giving an answer and for that matter, I can't remember how old you said you were, if you even did. I knew Brian's Maude/Bea Arthur, The Jefferson's was a spin off of All in the Family, but that was it. I didn't know any of your shows and your choices were/are such a surprise to me. lol They, in my mind, don't fit with the image of you I am building by watching your vids. So you must be younger than I think and Brian must be a bit older than I think. I'm 55 and after watching your 'childhood' I feel older than the sun! lol This was fun. Thanks for the laughs.

I’m just a little younger than you, will be turning the big 5-0 in a couple of years, and I really enjoyed this game ‘cause it brought back so many good memories of TV, film, and sports...but also Pokémon, Heelies, and Disney Channel. Hehe. My dad was always adamant that to stay youthful, we shouldn’t forget what it’s like to be a kid...so we’d watch cartoons over the years, and when nieces and nephews, and later when his grandkids would come over, he’d connect with all of them so well...and now that my bro’s daughter is 10, we love to watch cartoons, Disney Channel, and play Fortnite. But whilst all of that is fun, I really do miss shows like Sanford and Son, All in the Family, I Dream of Jeannie, Leave it to Beaver (I had a crush on Eddie Haskell!), and Jeffersons! I do wish we had gay representation back then...but I guess we’re making up for it now. Whenever people tell me that seeing two guys holding hands is shoving our gayness down their throats, I point out to them that they’ve been shoving their straightness down own throats in EVERY movie, tv show, magazine ad, greeting card, etc. and it shuts them up really fast! 😜 Anyway, hope u and ur ohana are staying safe during this pandemic. Love and aloha from Honolulu! 😁🤙🏽❤️🌈☀️
