Hi I'm 78 years old.I do yoga every day about 2 owers and Walk for 50 minutes. I swim one's a week for 2 and half hours. I'm a vegetarian and very healthy. I have to much energy. That's for your important information . Be happy

I believe that age is just a number, at my age at 54 im started to continue my studies. I stop my studies when I finish my elementary. I got marriage at my young age and I took care of my children. Now im 55 years old and im in grade 11 and i dreamed to be a teacher some day. Im too much inspired of my dream and my inspiration are my love ones, I'll take exercise every morning and walk every night before sleep. I feel im not old except if i face on the mirror. Thanks for this wonderful story 💛

I don't think about what I want to become when I'm will be old. But, I agree with this topic "the age is just number" because, really the age is not a barrier for what a person needs or what would become, He just needs confidence with himself and persevere. There are most people who geven their dreams at old. So, there aren't things that are impossible.

I do not usually do exercises now. I think i have to improve it. I will do exercises more, I also want to have a garden when i am old. I really like flowers, I can be in garden and read book or drink tea, so relax!

Hi, Spotlight...🤓 When I will be older I would like to continue doing exercise every day, dance, run and not dependent on anyone and always have my own house and be happy, very well and working because the money is necessary hahaha. 😉 Right now I am doing everything but not constantly. 😳 But, I think the hard part is constancy in all objectives and sometimes the mind is hard to convince to reach the objectives... 🤔🧐 See you Spotlight bye-bye. 😙

talking in gral ....edge its not just only a number!. well...yes its in a way in some cases....not always in all cases....20 there's a lot years in between 40. !! every thing will suffer changes with in the years or with in the time and you can feel it! and you can see it! , Nature would tell us what to do while we growing older...this is ok ! this is ain't ok!😯....you can do it! you can't do it!!😧
