here in libya bread is very popular we eat bread at breakfast lunch and dinner we eat all kind of bread but we also have a traditional bread called "Tanor" I like eat This type of bread especially in winter with olive oil and tea it very tasty combination

Today a bread it is still popular, however today it is not healthy as it used to be. I try to bake your own bread that it contains only natural products with a lot of sunflowers seeds, linseeds , pumpkin grains and different nuts . Such bread not only tested good but it is full of health and vitamins.

Instead of pita, we Assamese people, India call it PITHA and we make it not from wheat but from rice. Our main food is BHAAT. It is prepared from rice.
