Byzantines have the coolest looking Pink Army in all of AOE 4. Also the unit variety is just amazing so I fell in love playing them really quick

As a fan of the Mediaeval Roman Empire, I wish the developers had just called the civilization by its proper name, The Roman Empire, but I understand why they did for commercial reasons. Byzantine Empire is a modern, inaccurate term born from prestigious.
