fyi at 40:53 Ash says you get to nominate a new general. If you are playing by matched play rules, as per the core rule book on page 311 under army roster it says "If your general is slain in a Pitched Battle game, do not select a new one." Great video either way though!

Actually if you read the FAQ a new General AND command trait is picked whenever your General is slain in Pitched Battles. HOWEVER the artefact is lost and you do not get to pick a new one.

Check out Vince Venturella's Hobby Cheating Video "How to paint Grots Fast". It's a simple use of zenithal spraying ( either with an airbrush or rattlecan ) your Gobos and then using mainly washes and glazes to get a super quick and effective result. ;)
