楽しませて頂きました 包丁の腕を筆頭に調理技術が素晴らしく、飛び抜けていい食材を独創的な寿司に調理していて値段に見合ってると思います ただ失礼なのですが、素材がいいのにスダチたっぷかけたり、何にでも穂紫蘇乗せたり 隠し包丁も本来イカなどの固い食材に歯を入れやすいようにとか、油の多い魚が醤油を弾かないための溝作りと思ってたのですが何でも細かく入ってたり 絶対おいしいとは思いますがサイズや味の濃さが人を選ぶのではと、言わなきゃ良いのにほんとすいません

最後に巻きを巻いた職人さんは、握っていた職人さんとは違う方ですかね？ シャリが乾燥してしまうし、温度も下がってしまうのでお櫃の蓋はすぐに閉めたほうが良いと思います
