the only thing to complain about this channel is that they ALWAYS call restaurant vlogs as "street foods" otherwise, the foods look amazing as usual

It's street food, it's not made in your home so it's street food, I know I know there is a difference in restaurant to what we call street food, but maybe for other people its different I dunno why he calls it like that but it maybe just a different perspective.

It would be cool if you wrote in the subtitles what products are being cut in the frame. So that you could repeat after the cooks at home. Especially when preparing for the holidays

Wow...I would spend my money here. There would be no way that Arizona would have a place like this to go to. Love the skills, work ethic, presentation. Stellar. Wish I could have a restaurant like this....but I am too poor and old. Great skills, perfect preparation, beautiful presentation. Yes....I would save up just to eat here once a year.

Cool idea using an ethanol flame for a little tableside frytop. Also wasn't prepared for deep frying with olive oil, but I gather it's been really popular in Korea for a while. The prepwork is great, the meat is perfect and that salt cured salmon has me acting up. I only got one question: What's the black stuff they're mixing into the mayo for the sauce? Doesn't seem to have the right texture for ground up sesame seeds but I could be wrong.

many people around the world like eating rare meats. Some just straight up eat it raw.. Now not stating that is a healthy thing to do as their will always be risks of doing things like that. There will always be a huge risk no matter if they tell you there is no risk you still have a chance of getting sick from sushi regardless if they are pros. Now I do like medium myself, but when you fry it it takes on a new personality.. Oil penetrates it fully so it does get a light cooking to mostly sanitize the meat without fully cooking it.. So the risks are not high for it to get you sick. However it still has the same flavor as if it you were too serve it rare without the blood, but still hold the same flavor. If you do not like it like that I would suggest lightly cooking it on a pan first till it hits like mid rare or medium then fry it same with a burger.. However there is the risk of creating a leathery layer.. on the outside of the meat. I know I have tested this.
