Inside to square, back to the inside...efficient as a result of a shallow AOA for pitching/chipping? Versus a steeper AOA for a full iron swing requiring a path to the left?

I don't think this is the place to ask but live in England and have signed into Revolution Golf for many many years, I bought Dan' Saladino's exercise videos which was sold on Revolution golf, I can't get into Revolution Golf as now it is called Golf Pass, can anyone help me to acquire my videos, as an elderly lady who plays golf I use his exercises weekly but I need to keep reviewing them, I would be grateful if you could let me download my videos. On the bottom of the golf club is a hump. Its call the bounce. Its an important functional part of the club. This drill takes the bounce out of play. The bounce is designed to do its job when the shaft is vertical--not leaning forward. This drill delofts the club and deny's the player the trajectory a wedge should deliver. Further, this drill cannot be used with a seven iron for low running shots because if you deloft the club this much you turn the 7 iron into a 4 iron. Good idea to get rid of the hand action that Foley describes in the beginning of the video. Bad idea to use this drill. There are better drill s to eliminate the hand action.

Phil unfortunately a 4 iron has quite a different trajectory than a 7 and is going to react much different when it lands on the green. To further appreciate the problem with this drill, is that it denys the player of the ability to have a high soft shot as can be produced by a sandwedge. Using Sean's drill the sand wedge will have the loft of a nine iron.

The internet can be a wild, wild, west place with people getting hostile and comments generating heat instead of light. Your reply proposed that the bounce is not on the club for the reason I offered. I am interested to know your understanding of why there is bounce on the club. Thanks.

@sandwah9 I don't disagree with Ed or you on the points you made...but I would like to add...Sean is opening the face to regain some of the bounce lost due to the forward shaft lean. The drill was to help to reduce the hands and increase the body rotation which for most mid to high handicappers is a big challenge. Lower handicaps tend to know how to add/subtract bounce according to the lie or desired shot trajectory. I use this same drill in our Golf Schools to get less skilled players to move more than their hands/arms.
