What is the benefit of the firm head over the regular?

The firm head is good for anyone with more oily skin. The regular is good for all skin types. And gentle is good for anyone with more sensitive skin. I personally use the regular head.

Do you not rinse your face off after using the lumi? And what about the neck. You did not use it there. Is there a reason?

I do rinse my face off to get the cleanser off after using. It doesn't take much to wash it off. And I sometimes will use it on my neck but typically I stick to the 4 quadrants of the face like in the video. But you don't have to! You can certainly use the 2 minutes however you would like or do an additional 2 mins to do your neck. If I'm using the eye attachment I'll do 2 mins on my face followed by 2 mins on my eyes. We just cover the most common use in the video.
