I would hazard a guess that 99% of security/baillifs all suffer from a mental illness. Be it an inferiority complex, narcissistic personality disorder or even saviour complex. And the police have the same issues, that's why they all stick together.

@danielgardecki10462 жыл бұрын
@@indi0089 Faces are easy to remember. It's matching faces to the names which is hard. If you do something routinely, then that's also easy to remember. But if you do something infrequently, then you soon forget. For example: I can remember the faces of the 100s of thieves I caught 12+ years ago. However there's only 2 thieves names I can remember (one of which is the son of a high ranking cop). However I remember the nicknames I gave to a couple of regular thieves who I got arrested, who came in and thanked me when they got out of prison, as they got clean inside. I've even forgotten the names of around half of the 40+ staff members I worked with too. Another example: I memorised 2 entire A4 sheets of codes that were in small print in less than a day, while some other staff members couldn't remember those codes after years of working there. Yet now 12 years later I can't remember any of those codes anymore, as I'm not using them every day.

When a corporation, 'House of Fraser', reports someone the police send 12 officers and detain the poor person. When a security guard, who is on duty, intimidates members of the public and commits an offense, in the very presence of a police officer, they decline to take any action. 'I'll check it out later' is not how they responded to House of Fraser. This is an arbitrary policing policy. Protect corporations but ignore the members of the tax paying public, who actually fund them.

In answer to your question of whether you are obligated under law or code of conduct to provide the details of your full name, the only people to whom you are required to show your badge or provide details of your full name when asked are: the Police SIA officers those to whom the SIA has given authority under Section 19 of the Private Security Industry Act (typically, these will be licensing officers from local councils). Interesting at the end is that they dont' want to deal with a crime. Report it via the police website. Drop all the officer's id's on the website. You will get a reference number. Wait a week. Ring 101 and give the reference number. Ask for the crime number. No crime number, means fraud. Now you make the complaint with all of the officers listed on it. Make it a schedule 3 complaint, for the fraud and the neglect of duty. Then it appears on their employment record.

I still believe that police should have their own liability insurance that they pay for themselves. Like car insurance. Then the cops who abuse powers will have more claims against their own personal liability insurance which will increase the cost of their insurance. If they continue their ways their insurance becomes unaffordable and they will have no choice but to leave. That would lay a lot more personal responsibility on them rather than feeling free to do as they please knowing theres an insurance policy that protects all police whilst performing their duties.

Here in America there's an auditor called The Battousai (Philip Turner). He doesn't really do audits anymore because he became too well known and effective. He even won a case in the 11th Circuit Court (Turner v Driver), setting precedent for filming cops. Cops no longer mess with him because they know they'll be torched. Battousai essentially put himself out of business.

It's copscusing or just a plain cop out ^.^ the tragic answer is unless they had a vested interested in that occurance chances are your argument whilst valid doesn't hold up, if they were there to uphold the law certainly, the Private Security Act isn't law so isn't in their remit, no ACTs fall within a constables remit. That's why they are officers, officers deal with the legal stuff, the fraud of legality keeps them employed. If they become a constable again they have to arrest themselves for fraud, which they're not going to want to do so once they're in the criminal gang they stay in it, that's why we are coming after every last one of them for minimum fraud, then every other charge applicable to them, fraud however has no statutory limitation so can be charged any time after it occurs, ergo every police officer ever is liable for fraud offences and at a minimum will be taken down for committing those breaches of law. That's before we get onto the pea dough ones, the bent ones, the masonic stooges, the just following order drones, the silent witnesses to heinous crimes etc. Its exciting, to say the least.
