to be fair if she dropped it outside and then left and went into a shop, that guy witnessed that happen so that's an offence. 100% she would have not ever picked it up. and even if she would have, she still left it to go shopping, so yes, she technically committed the offence. I fucking hate people that just throw their shit in the street and don't give a shit. Don't necessarily agree with the fine amount, but still.

Well done AB, I’ve got an ongoing legal case with Barnet council for two of their enforcement officers detaining me, threatening violence if I try to leave and assaulting me for putting a cigarette out with my foot and putting it in a bin. Because of your channel I had the knowledge to film the whole incident.

@@colinstace1758 I’ve been advised to post it once the legal dispute is resolved. Barnet council are currently claiming no detainment happened and no threats of violence, but they haven’t yet seen my footage where their enforcement officers state 5 times that I’m detained as they put their hands in my face and laugh when I say that I feel threatened. I will post the full video soon though!
