i think it would be cool if she’s actually a peasant of france and she dresses as a aristocrat to help the abolishment of the monarchy / killing the wealthy- she would also make public statements (like using webs to create the phrase “let them eat webs” on a palace) but then the aristocrats start creating villains she has to fight

My contribution to the name Puns is a petition to call Spidey Lantern, Jack O. Parker. Love the design, love the concepts soooo much im just looking at them, and can't stop! Also would love to see a part two to this video, or a redesign of villains (maybe some that were mentioned in this video 👀) but also I can't wait for the Sinister Six from your Spidersonas world. I need more horror themed character in my life and I'm sure the Sinister Six from Spider-Feng universe for sure will be terrifying. Moth spider to me makes enough sense because moths, at least larva are also farmed for silk, so genetic experiments to make spiders that are as easy to farm as silk worms or something, but still have the strength of some spider silks makes sense as something people would try in the experimental textile industry. I love these designs.

I got the idea for a spider 'man' based off the actual primate called a spider monkey. A spider monkey who ate a radioactive spider while cleaning one if it's troop members this causing it to grow 4 additional limbs(thus giving them technically 9 limbs w/ their prehensile tails) with the natural ability to create web fluid. You'd suspect that this monkey got rejected for being a freak, but it actually infact didn't due to how well it survived and therefore had lots of babies creating a sub-species deemed the arachna-monkey. That had similar features to the og monkey who caused this whole species to exes it, only having 4 eyes instead of 8 but the basics stayed pretty consistent. Do what you will with these monkeys, I hoped you enjoyed my crazy and creative rambling.

10:34 when I think of rococo spider-woman my first thought goes to The Scarlet Pimpernel, but I love how this rococo spider-woman, with her color and flair, reminds me of a _Cleome hassleriana_ or a _Spider-flower._ and she honestly gives me awesome botanist vibes. the flower is native to South America, so My thoguht is that one was brought to France as a gift. I imagine Hex Web swings by using her many arms to spin a bunch of webs, and then uses the hooked end on her broom to swing on them. I imagine her even implementing some pole dance esc moves to hold on to the broom and leave her hands free to web up bad guys and just to add dope stylish moves while swinging.

That's a neat Idea. My initial thought was that the boom can fly pretty fast, but not if it's supporting too much weight. So she either floats on the broom and uses webs to speed up, or the broom flies around and acts as a controllable anchor point to swing off of. I also think she should describe her spell casting as "weaving" magic together. I do like the idea that she accidentally turned her familiar into a villain, but had expected a connection to Black Cat, not Prowler.

Great design work and the names aren't terrible to me , yet i enjoy puns very much!! Your Spider Lantern reminded me of a Spider man villain called the thousand. He was a villain whose body is composed of one-thousand spiders capable of devouring the innards of humans and using their leftover skin like a suit. He has Super strength and a Venomous bite. He can also adhere to surfaces. A very creepy, disgusting and formidable villain for sure.

I created a little backstory for Spidey lantern so this spider laid their eggs in the corpse of a witch (maybe uncle ben) so when they hatched they were magical and when aunt may left out a Jack-o'-lantern which they used to construct their body

I made my spidersona when the first into the spiderverse came out and she’s is a big, chunky, tarantula based Spider-Man. I leaned into fluffy docile new world tarantula vibes, making her main weapon her big scary lady size and appearance and spiky hairs she can shoot. She’s got big scary looking munchers that she will use but prefers laying traps and using her size to her advantage rather than pursuing people. She’s into biology but is kind of a himbo

For the witch one the broom Brussels could have been webbings due to “parachuting” a method spiders use to catch positive molecules in the air to flow across long distances. Love the art just a fun tidbit I wanted to share
