Very good model to structure the coaching conversations and derive more and more options to overcome a challenge.

Good technique and nice probing questions. I have one question though, what if the coachee is not in a position to come up with any options, can the Coach suggest the options?

Good question! please understand the difference between consultant and coach . A consultant holds the answers, while a coach helps their coachee to find their own answers
