*Why story points are given only in fibonacci series numbers in agile process??* A. In Agile processes, story points are often assigned using Fibonacci series numbers (1, 2, 3, 5, 8, etc.) because this scale reflects the uncertainty and complexity of estimating tasks. As tasks grow larger, it's harder to estimate their effort precisely. The Fibonacci sequence helps highlight this by providing larger gaps between numbers as the scale increases, which allows teams to express varying levels of confidence and complexity more effectively. This method also encourages more discussion and collaboration within the team to ensure everyone agrees on the effort required for each task, leading to more accurate planning and prioritization.

I never comment on any video this is my first comment ......❤️❤️❤️I have work in Agile methodology but still i was not able to explain agile process but when I saw your video now I can explain it without making notes.... You are sooo good thank you so much ... I got rejected so many times because I am not explaining the concept.. now hoping for selection... Again thank you so much no one can explain concept like you ... I don't need to revise it nd note it fix in my mind i will never forget because you explain it very clearly
