I Love working out with this woman I always feel so much better after wards.

I love her voice and she has superb posture. I use her YT videos and I love them. I am half her age and her videos have already helped me feel way more limber. People - you may not be able to halt the aging process completely, but you really can bring it to a snail's crawl by properly taking care of your mind, body and soul.

She's the only person that knows how to keep us moving as we get older. Her videos help us keep our 650 muscles moving!

I think she does. I have seen her in person; & she is very 'fair' toned w/light skin. It appears the tv lights [camera lights] are harsh 4 her -making her HERE look much older than in person. She , in person, also is vastly softer looking & her attitude + personality softens her more: A sweet, sensitive, kind Soul--she is quite a Lady: A rare emphatic person!

I agree. She looks 20 years younger

She clearly has zero understanding of science or human physiology, at least as far as "aging" is concerned. We can extend our lives a bit and certainly improve the quality of it through diet and exercise, but nothing we yet understand will even slow aging much less stop or reverse it.. She'll probably live to 85 or so while others who do nothing special will live through their 90s.

Actually she is trained in neurology, physiology and anatomy. As well as spending years training in dance professionally.

Here are a few clues for you to get on better in your life: the earth is not flat, the Cern Large Hadron Collider was not built to awaken the Egyptian God Osiris, and you can NOT reverse aging. Cite one reputable source please (and no, Tom Cruise or any Kardashians are not a reputable source). You can extend your life with diet and exercise and otherwise improve the quality of life, but you can NOT reverse aging much less stop it. Real studies are underway to effect actual reversal of aging, but this is being attempted at the cellular level: sitn.hms.harvard.edu/flash/2016/resetting-aging-clock-science-age-reversal/

Good day sir, The fascinating study to which you refer relates to cellular reprogramming - this holds promise. Until the time the research develops from theory to praxis, there are studies investigating cellular renewal and a better understanding of redox homeostasis in tissue oxygenation and cellular survival. Increased activity in the cytoplasm and mitochondrial matrix show possible rebalancing effect on cells. Another area of research focuses on SIR2 gene and its potential for extension of life span. I agree - not exactly restarting the cellular clock. Thanks for an interesting conversation.
