I wish to thank Miranda Esmonde White. I broke my fibula in January and if I hadn't been doing classical stretch for two years prior I would never been able to support my body on one leg without her training because I was very unstable and weak until I started her training. It has been a long seven months but I would of been lost without her training. Thank you Miranda Esmonde White.

With Miranda's movements my body is stronger and taller. A friend said recently, Are you taller? Yes, from doing Miranda's exercises - joyful movements and it's not as easy as it sounds! 24 minutes of move it, move it and smile as she does.. Thank you Ms. E.

i love Miranda Esmond-White. I have been doing her Classical Stretch workouts for about 12 years. My children have literally grown up with her on our TV. Her workouts are wonderful! i have recommended them to many, many people...young and old.

Miranda is a blessing. I have been teaching Essentrics for 3 years and my body feels amazing. Although I am also a Yoga and Pilates teacher, I rarely do yoga now. But I do Essentrics everyday ☺.

thanks for mentioning the yoga. i also suggest Miranda instaed of yoga. Yoga is very stressful on the joints if u don't do it rightly. Miranda explains everything so thoroughly on her dvd's and i love working out with her!

I am 62 and just discovered Miranda on PBS recently. By the SECOND day I followed her program, my back pain was relieved! I was also amazed to find myself LOVING her exercise show and looking forward to how good it made me feel. What? Exercise that makes you feel GOOD and not like a fat lazy loser? This is the first I've seen of her being interviewed, and I can tell you she was talking me, the kid in school who never got 'picked' to go on a team, leaving me as the kid that one team 'got stuck with'. What a way to kill a kid's spirit.

What can I do about a knee cap that never stays in place since I was a child , luckily I have been a exercising athletic person all my life and a advocate for exercises for children , I’m ok right now but the cap always moves to the left with every step I take ... braces and tape and wraps never keep it in place but do help with stability ... I used to be able to run but if I try to now I can’t , I would love to hear your opinion when ever you can or if others have this condition and what helps them the most ... I really am so happy Miranda’s channel came up so I can do the exercises again , I just tried her shoulder pain one because I have been suffering with frozen shoulder for almost a year and my arm has lost the muscle even , I was shocked that it happened so Thank you Miranda it’s helping me to get more movement without much pain and Love how you say it’s not about pain it’s about relaxing and smooth moves ... Bless you for everything 💖🤩🌟😊
