FYI- any excessive use of Botox, ie face/neck area can cause major problems.. inability to swallow/speak.. Warning to Anyone taking it on a regular basis. Particularly Post-stroke.. Investigate-research ( end results are devastating).

Tracy is so wise and right about embracing age. I want to be 79 and eating a box of donuts. Love it! Teri yes, "I want to look the best version of me". It's very true what Dr. Dixon said that at 40 you stop worrying about offending people. It was so liberating for me to stop worrying. Like J Lo, us Latinas don't age so bad. In my family, we show our age in our 50's. Stop glorifying J Fonda, she was a privileged, elitist, traitorous ****. Come on, straddling a cannon?
