As Nanny and Moose attempt to AGE SUCCESSFULLY, Nanny has found some new, and some tried and true SAFETY AND BEAUTY TIPS that help to make their life easier and safer. Some you’ll recognize and some you’ll say, “Say what?” But as you take another look, you might find all sorts of uses for these products. SUPER AGING is not for sissies they say, but if you approach it with gratitude, positive energy and humor, life can be wonderful! Take a hard look as the video goes on.....a lot to digest...we hope you will find some value in our tips. Love your tip videos! One tip you gave in a previous video was so helpful to my husband. It was the tip on the rubber clogs you use for gardening and around the house. He has neuropathy in his toes and he got the high arched rubber shoes and they really help him when he is around the house. Thank you!!

Ms. Mary Ellen.....I've missed you and Moose so very much....I hope you haven't forgotten me.....I know I've missed quite a few videos....which I will DEFINITELY get caught up on ASAP. The reason for my absence is between damaging the miniscus in my knee....one of our fur babies...little blind 14yr old schnauzer's cancer worsened and she has been going down hill....altho she's still with us....but then about 2 weeks ago.....being diabetic and having other autoimmune diseases myself....I've ended up with covid-19. I'm still fighting it, but it's giving me a run for my money. This has NOT been my month. However....I am SO SO happy to see how well y'all's channel is doing....JUST BLOSSOMING and growing wonderfully. Hello Nanny & Moose! Thank you for sharing your wonderful tips Nanny. Thank you so very much for adding the captions for what I miss with my hearing!!! You look wonderful by the way! Am trying to recall the tips I wanted to comment on but ....well I may have to watch again 😃. The mask bracket thingy looks a bit uncomfortable & am not sure how I would get it to stay in place but a great idea for those of us that have a difficult time breathing easily through masks. I did like the pop up lantern 🏮. I'll have to check on ordering those if possible. I do have a couple of the head band lights. I wore mine to walk my dogs in the dark and are very handy; using one for sewing or detail work is a great idea💡 . I think I'd be poking myself in the eye if I tried an eyelash curler at this stage. I recently started using jamaican black castor oil on my eyelashes & eyebrows recommended by Susan the Little Poet on KZbin, will let you know if it helps to thicken or grow them. Another fun video. Say Nanny my mom at 88years old was at a eye appointment with her ophthalmologist she had macular degeneration. She complained about her hooded eyes and he took her to a exam table and maybe 10 minutes later he had fixed her hoods . I just called my eye doctor to see if they still do that as a in the office and indeed they do.

Hi Janstie....Thanks for commenting on a very real situation. I think bars all over a bathroom are key and a high ‘senior’ toilet. I would love a tub but we don’t have room for one and I probably would have difficulty getting up from a lying position, anyway. I agree with the walk in tub comments (too chilly sitting up) We have a shower seat with arms in our shower for Moosie...he can sit under the water stream for a nice hot shower. HI MARLENE... I use some inexpensive oils ...vitamin c, collagen, retinol, hemp, etc when I can find them . I also use divine elixir Manuka oil, my favorite. On my body, I use Vaseline Intensive care cocoa butter body gel oil PLUS my old standby for years...NIVEA CREAM IN THE BLUE JAR. Hello once more. Keep coming back to remember. lol I have dry eyes.so, every am b-4 I get up for the day. I reach over get my regular eye drops to wash my eyes while lying down use kleenex to wipe/clean excess from eyes. Then use my BLINK GEL DROPS>They coat my eyes & Great! During day that infection leaks out & my upper eyelids don't droop so much. My left is worse than my right b-cause I sleep on my left side. No, offence ment, your right eye looks like my left. At 50 I cant read the writing on nail polish bottles or makeup or my shampoo and conditioner bottles when I am in the shower with out my glasses! Lol

ME TOO, LR....SO before I turn on the water I read the bottles ( while glasses are still on ) to distinguish shampoo from conditioner....and position them where I know which is which!!! ❤️NANNY

Hi JOYCE... ARE YOU REFERRING TO THE WALL ( but I have it on a cabinet) MAGNIFYING MIRROR ON MY CABINET IN THE BEDROOM? IT CAME ATTACHED TO THE BRACKETS THAT SWING OUT and then push back in AND THEY ARE ATTACHED TO THE CABINET WITH SCREWS. It’s pretty handy! ❤️NANNY

Hi Minnie... No work done here.... now or in the future. I guess my genetics are kicking in because I am a minimalist in the time I spend on upkeep...give me my NIVEA AND SOME OILS , VASELINE AND ANYTHING THAT KEEPS ME FROM DRYING OUT and I’m good to go! Thanks for commenting, Minnie.❤️Nanny

Ok, i wasn't going to comment but you got me with the eyelash curler. I have horrifically hooded eyes. The new eyelash curlers are not designed for us. They are designed for women with owl eyes, you know, that expression when you look totally surprised. I have a dinosaur maybelline curler from 1492 that is pretty much flat and fits the eye. I inherited it from my mom in high school. I have probably bought more than a dozen of the new ones. They are made for those that have had at least 25 eyeslifts, my mom only had two, thus giving me the eyelash curler. Could name a few others, but I'm working on the new version of me where I am nice and omg, I really hate this version, so boring lol. But anyway forget the new eyelash curlers. I almost threw my old one away but I had a lucid senior moment and I didn't lol. Sorry for all of the typos, just had eye surgery, and no, not an eyelift, i wish, but it was a little more than i bargined for.
