And that grass in the background that keeps on growing while all this is going on.

Well, no one else was talking. For instance: 1. Describing the problem. 2. How to remove the problem. 3. Closeups of what he is doing 4. What kind of blade is he using. 5. Alternatives to a reciprocating saw. 6. Posible prevention of damage - closer posts. You know, other than, "honey, stand there and press Record, I'm a fix du fence"

Thank you, both of y’all 💜💜 my grandfather put up our fences when I was a child, and yours is just the reminder I need that my husband and I can fix what our monster of a tree took out 😅

Great step by step explanation. Very informative. Especially love the verbal dictation in case we were unsure as to what exactly he was doing or why he was doing it lol 👍

Yes please and don't hold what you are cutting with just your hand unless you want to be know as 8 fingers or whatever is left after your blade slips

Branch fell on a neighbor's fence, denting the rail. This is definitely doable, thank you.

Hello, I’d like to ask for your advice. I have a fence with 19 terminal posts in a straight line. The terminal posts are 2-3/8” inches and 6ft tall above the ground. They are embedded 24 inches down in concrete. Approximately 15 of these posts are not plumb. They are slightly not level. Approximately 5 degrees off. I have a top rail going. I have also a top rail bar that is tension banded between all of these posts. My worry is that over time the terminal posts will continue to tilt. Should I correct them now or is it not worth the effort? What kind of lifespan can I expect if they are going to continue to tilt? Thank you in advanced.

A tree bent mine ....a fence company came and gave me a song and dance of it will be a $500 minimum charge - and I was getting a deal because normally they charge $700 to travel 15 miles. I told him to go away that I will do it myself. Thanks for showing how to do this.

Right? I'd gladly have paid 200 bucks. But 500? That's what I was quoted, & he also said the same thing about the minimum. That's bull

I have to do the same thing, after the Blizzard over Xmas. My 40ft pine uprooted. Bent the top rail. So I'm replacing that. Now the fence is bent, would I replace that section? Or once I unclip it from the bent rail, will it straighten out?
@paulsantia653411 ай бұрын
This was four months ago. So how did you fix your fence? Because the same thing happened to me with my mulberry tree.

I'd cut out the bad sections and replace

@@paulsantia6534 Next week. Part of my property is being rezoned for a sidewalk repair project. So I had to wait on wether or not they were going to yank out the fence anyway.

Seriously, I thought you had a trick to change a middle section of top rail without taking apart all the top rails, this was an end section, anyone could do this, make a video on how to put on socks, just as useful
