Mo! Flick was very right when he said in his philosophy he will change things little bit according to opponent he faces because opponent study the clubs standard of play and if you don't change, your team becomes so predictable and it's easy for the opponents to make things difficult for you

If you focus on executing your philosophy to perfection, you don't have to worry about what the opponent is doing. Look at Michel's Girona or de La Fuente's Spain. No matter who they are playing against or what the score is, they keep playing the way they know how to play.

I am in support in adjusting play according to our opponents we need not to be predictable doing the same thing over and over we need to use more than two formation 4-2-3-1 like 4-3-3 and also a possibility 4-5-1 we try all the three we can be ok .

Effectiveness trumps predictability. Look at Messi, he's the most predictable player. You always know to what side he's going to move. Yet, he's the greatest ever.
