Couple things on the XAG P100 Pro. With the pumps, it's pretty easy to grease them, you can take a baster, or bigger pipet, and squeeze grease through the back where the hoses come out with no disassembly. Alternatively, you can modify the housing plate and put grease zerks on them for easy maintenance. The P100 Pro also has a 60L optional upgrade for the tank. Also to note, the P150 has moved to impeller pumps, so moving forward that's a non-issue, and that 70L tank is going to be a huge productivity booster, especially in higher volume applications.

Thank you for spreading the truth! He also says there's no set position for the XAG spray booms, there is literally 2 white lines that you match up for recommended position.

To me, the EAVision looks like a DJI knock off with a couple of changes. Will it be as good? Time will tell I guess.

Those atomizing motors with gearboxes sound like something that could wear out faster and be somewhat expensive to change but time will tell I guess. My other concern or question is what happens with a Drone with only 4 motors like the Eavision or Xag if one Motor fails in the air? Does it just fall or is there any way to save it? My T40 has lost 5 propellers or at least part of them once when I flew very close to a tree and it didn't fall (it was empty). The other day an engine got stuck in mid-flight with 32 liters of cargo and it didn't fall I was able to fly back and land without accident. It has more than 350 hours of flight time. Thank you so much for these videos and especially for sharing so much about Drones with people who don't live in North America, meaning they aren't your clients. I look forward to the next one.

Quadcopters can continue to fly, at least long enough to land, if a propeller sustains a small amount of damage. They don't have the same level of redundancy as X8 octocopters (like the T40 and T50), but also have half of the parts that can fail. It's a double-edged sword! Glad you are getting value from the videos 🙂

Peristaltic pumps are very strong and have low maintenance since this system is used in medical equipment and is also not difficult to maintain.

What is your opinion of having so small of micron for minimizing drift
@AgriSprayDrones
@AgriSprayDrones 18 күн бұрын
Smaller micron sizes are great for pushing product through a canopy, but more susceptible to drift. We are doing testing currently to determine the true range of micron sizes of the EAVision system

6:20 you actually don’t need maintenance on those pumps. Pretty misleading. Misleading or lack of information on your side. Search for Oztech P100 maintenance. They spray a LOT and they barely mention the pumps.
@logomyego

You do need to grease occasionally, ideally once every 500 acres or so. Those hoses can rupture, but it's not as common as might sound.

@ ok yeah sure. Every 500 acres is a pretty normal maintenance interval I guess.

It's gotta be frustrating to put out these videos as the China videos are released for the newest generation, J150, DJI T100, XAG P150Pro, etc. Always stuck behind, in the previous-gen market. Maybe if the restrictions ever relax a little, then they'd be announcing them in the US market at the same time... Seems the newest versions have put all of the sprayers at the back in some form. I assume it keeps the drone cleaner.

Drones like the J150, T100, and P150 are drones that are always tested in Mainland China before being taken to the global market. It isn't frustrating at all since this has always been this way for the newest drone from each major manufacturer! We are finding that the nozzles in the rear does help keep the front of the drone cleaner, which in tern keeps the front sensors cleaner and happier!

Too bad the impeller doesn’t lock in place like a Johnson cartridge pump on a boat impeller bilge pump. No loss of cotter pins in the field 😊.
