AGS Needs to Fix This NOW (Trusted Status)

The random trusted status is 100% because of machine learning. This is Andy Lin's responsibility. There are too many false positives. My theory is that because the bots continue to adapt, their behavior is starting to blur the lines between a real player and a bot. Spending money and having an old account was immediately bypassed at the beginning. Now the training data is saying that real player behavior is botting. The only activity that i think that doesn't overlap with the bots is doing the raids. Bots are doing all the dailies. I don't even think Mr Lin could tell us what behaviors constitute trusted since machine learning is treated like a black box. And if they did reveal trusted status, the bots would just follow the guide. So, just scrap the trusted status all together.

My friend that came back to see how things are now got his trusted status removed and now we have no idea when it'll come back. Literally just killed all his motivation to come back and play. They need to fix this ASAP if we're going to get any influx of new players..

if you don't have trusted status you don't even get event powerpasses etc

This is 100% correct, I've played since launch, and quit for awhile, came back this week to try the new stuff and i don't have trusted status, now I'm just going to uninstall again cause how dumb that is. I'm sure I'm not the only one doing that.

I have 900h of Lost Ark, but stopped playing before the first serves shutdown/transfer. I friend invited me to play again bc of the powerpass and express, but now I'm mokoko and don't even know if I'll be able to use any of that before the event ends, such a bad way to come back to this game

I play very rarely, and just started a new character on a different sub-server because my friend recently started the game and I wanted to play with her. I've used multiple event passes before because I bought the Founders pack on release so I've been around, and wanted to use this new Voldis pass event on the new character, but I found out that my status is now "untrusted" so I am not able to use it. I've bought outfits on this game recently and in the past, so why am I untrusted ?

I'm new at this shitty game, I created account on its release and still not trusted. Sadly, it gonna stay like this. All the bugs with quests, the limitation for access to the content due your equipment, etc... I got to 1100 iLvl in 4 days and I'm stucked, no more quests available and all I can do is 500 ilvl dungeons.

im new player play the game for 1 month get ban for botting behavior i did appeal and i get rejected with permaban -_- -_- -_-

I returned a few months ago to a banned account(Hadn't been active in over 8 months) got my appeal denied. Got unbanned 2 days later... Just tried to return again and now I dont have a trusted status... I have spent thousands of dollars have never macrod or botted and have no bans on my steam account. Been flagged and banned for botting twice without even logging in to the game over months at a time. Not sure how a inactive account gets picked up by auto detection and banned but not fun...

I mean in a week, when solo raids are here, it should be so easy to fix, no? A new player will get trusted status automatically when he cleared a solo raid which is close to his itemlevel. Wouldnt that fix the problem instantly? Bots cannot "bus" solo raids and I highly doubt anyone can write a bot that can clear Valtan on itemlevel consistently.

It's not even about raids, it's market, as soon as they get access to market they will start farming life skills and selling them to the market, so yea banning them off the market is the good thing but also banning new players is unacceptable, they need actual people to moderate and banning those bots not letting AI do it for them

to new players do hanumatan+ or higher guardian raid ( hone to 1540 with pass with una gold) and do valtan or a higher raid i get it back after doing and lose it after not doing

Its just couple of days and its very low price for controling bots , i had problem with it around 1 week and thats it.just do your story and act like a human being it will over very soon.

I have over 1.4k hours on lost ark I just came back after some months and now I dont have the trusted status which just makes me dont want to play this game idk if there is a solution
