Yeah he always said “good luck” in every video where it was mentioned, I’ve been playing for 5 years and was able to play it cleanly and at full speed with fingers by year 2. Still prefer my tortex picks though 😂

LOL thanks man. I actually also do voiceover and voice-acting work, and I've discovered that I am muuuuuch more relaxed doing on-camera hosting here; when I'm just doing a VO I tend to switch to 'professional mode'. I was worried I'd end up sounding like an AI actually.

I bet a combinations of the EMG pickups and the pedal itself add a decent amount of compression. Anything with gain stages compresses signal.
