It just sometimes when you put it all together in one sentence, it doesn't make any sense because even in any other languages besides Korean , there are a lot of words that you can't explain it in a simple way possible in english, there's always meaning behind it, that u can't really translate it without taking it in different perspective , like for example in this video jre was like "tongue technology" as I said before , it's actually close enough and it's actually a simple way of translating it , but if you understand what the ACTUAL meaning of it in Korean it's something like "I can send you to HongKong with my tongue"

I don't know if someone told you already, but D-town is the name of the underground rap group that Suga was in while he lived in Daegu before he moved to Seoul and joined BigHit! The 'D' in D-town does stand for Daegu (Suga's hometown), and that's why he calls himself a d-boy in Ma City and in Agust D. I think Agust D, or D-t Suga stands for his experiences from working as an underground rapper to his k-pop idol experiences. Also, you should check out Suga's BTS Cypher Pt. 3 if you haven't - in those lyrics, he says his flexible tongue movements send everyone to Hong Kong, which he revisited in Agust D by saying "ya'll get sent to Hong Kong (get turned on) by my tongue technology."
