If prayers and spiritual cleansing doesn't work it means you lack faith it what you believe is good and holy. Also, Chasing ghost is fun and exciting, but when it is reverse and the Ghost is the one chasing you wont be so much fun for you anymore. And when there is an accident in your properly always get it bless or cleanse especially when the victim died later on, so no negative energy will surround your property. Also be aware, that if you do believe in holy, never deny believing the unholy as well, you can protect your own self once you are aware of those two and believe it in as equal.

I have a comment about the second story. This is just my opinion. It doesn't give much of a back story on his relationship with God or his belief system but it bothered me that he prayed for God to help him and in his mind God did not respond immediately. So he immediately gave up on God. Then God sent three women to help him and he rejected their help. He created his own misery. He probably could have sold the house quickly if he would have advertised it as "Haunted house for sale". Some paranormal enthusiast would have probably bought it just to try and communicate with what ever was there. However I am glad that he finally got out of there and is in a better place now.
