AHC EM1 Restoration Project // The Makeover | Racing Hart C2 Wheel & Break-In Progress (Ep 22)

In this episode of this series, our team will be installing a new setup of wheels to give it the Original early 2000's look. A freshly refinished Racing Hart C2 and Michelin Pilot Sport Tires along installing Hardrace extended lower ball joint and front camber arm to dial-in our suspension. Swapping out the engine break-in oil for the Honda conventional engine oil and filter. A new set of OEM Grey Floor Mat and Fog Light Switch to finish off our project.

Had a civic as I just like that about 10 years ago I lowered it and put 17 inch wheels on it. I really wish I had known about the taller ball joints because the bumps on that was absolutely terrible especially on the roads and Wylie Texas, where I lived. I drove pizza for a living, so I was constantly on those crappy roads. Ended up buying another card to deliver in because of the bump steer. This has to be one of the cleanest "COVIC SI" I’ve ever seen so amazing.

I think the RH C2's were the cherry on top of this beautiful build , I had a new set on my CB7 Still my favorite wheels, I didn't lower it since NY roads are so terrible. One of my biggest regrets was letting that car and the wheels go in 2007. i bought a 1yr old CM7 which I still have to this day and she is now my sunny day garage queen

The Racing Harts are literally the icing on the cake for this one. I ran 17's on my Em1 until about 2011..in the late 90s 17's was the look on these cars IMO so it's no surprise it looks right at home...perfection. Put those Regas on something else, lol.
