I like the low tone of this exhaust but miss the triple tips. The real deal breaker is the excessive popping. I like sport+ throttle response but I wonder if the pops can be toned down through a tune. I like the burbles but the rapid pops are like a string of black cats. $625 for that battery????!!!!

Apologies for asking but my fg2 is really in need of this type of TLC. How much in total did all the OEM parts come out to? Just so I have a idea of what I need to spend for my honda. Thank you for your content!

Did the same to my Miata engine a couple years ago. Super nice to have no leaks anymore. I just started the same project on my GSR B18C1 but ran into a broken exhaust manifold stud in the head. It’s so bad that I will have to pull the head off and get a machine shop to extract it. Of course that means new head gasket and head bolts, which is unfortunate because I just replaced those 60k miles ago.

Nooo you left the knock sensor unchanged 😅.. at least on the a2 it looks more accessible than the a3. It went bad on my base motor so when I swapped to the a2 I made sure to change it out. Anyways great video as always guys!

Too bad Acura didn't use their all wheel drive system on the integra. That's too much horsepower for a front wheel drive.

A FRIEND OF MINE DID THE MISTAKE WHILE DOING SOMETHING VERY SIMILAR PRETTY MUCH THE SAME THING TO HIS MOTOR ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION C'MON GUY'S YOU SHOULD KNOW BETTER ( YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE THE " HEAD GASKET " WHILE YOU HAD IT OUT OPEN OUTSIDE OF THE CAR YOU NEVER KNOW AND YOU WON'T HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT FOR ANOTHER 1OO,OOO.OO MILES EVEN LONGER FOR THAT MEANING ) THAT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE TO NOT DO IT NOW YOU DON'T HAVE THAT 1OO% OF MIND NOW IT'S JUST MATTER OF TIME TILL THAT HEAD GASKET SEAL GIVES OUT WILL SEE GOOD LUCK T.J. YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER AS A ( K·SERIES MASTER ) I'M HOPING YOU DID THE RIGHT DECISION ✌🏼OUT

It is not necessary to change a head gasket for no reason especially since the motor is lower mileage and has not been beaten on and this motor is not getting any bolt ons or turbo so why would you want to change a head gasket and potentially cause an issue with head bolts stretching or pulling threads out the block we just refreshed the necessary items like oil seals, hoses and timing and cooling items we did not want to rebuild the motor since it was running perfect so no piston rings or bearings and no head gasket plus if the head gasket goes it’s not hard to change it in the car either way we are not worried

I wish you all can come to corpus christi texas to get away from all the hurricanes and start another shop here. I will definitely quit my job at the dealership for a position with you guys ! Keep up the great work on the RSX and I do too have a RSX TYPE-S.

No need to change the headgasket it would be unnecessary to do that since it is not bad we just refreshed all the seals and rubber hoses since those are all old and prone to leaking and giving out a headgasket would not be in that category of Maintinence
