In 1861 through charter act when 1st legislative council was established an informal budget was introduced in the form of Portfolio system later in 1919 through Montagu Chelmsford reforms for the 1st time Budget was brought seperately for Central and provincial governments. Thank you for the wonderful video. After this video i got a clear picture where we started from and mostly what we discuss on each budget. I am eagelry waiting the budget day because this budget had discussing the over next five year plans and project. I believe that they are more focused on infra compare to othrer industries beacuse checking to last ten year the govt had done massive things on this segment and i am still hoping they are more focus on this sector on our next five year.

Dream was bound to crash because it was a Trojan Horse. Most who backed the horse do not want to regret. They have chosen to be in the denial mode. 400+ PM is busy chasing Yogi, once tagged as future PM, for the election debacle that was fought on the basis of Modi's Guarantee. She has been and will always be Her Master's Voice. Remember HMV dog? He was a credible face of the popular brand. A FM who proclaimed to reintroduce the Electoral Bonds can't be trusted to be sensitive to the miseries brought about by mindless obsession about GDP growth rate alone. Today UP has become No-2 state in India based on contribution to the GDP despite being one of the poorest states in India. Soon Bihar and AP might become № 1or 2 economically developed states in India on paper. Modi hai toh mumkin he. Is that a hoax? Yes it is.
