Didn't even know you could replace the hear cushions. That goes completely against what would be considered the norm for headset makers, and I love it.

I do not think they offer it for sale. I have not seen it. You can buy some similar material and cut it to size though.

@@malekithX1 You could try a sponge insert/gasket for the Sennheiser HD650 etc style headphones. Use some tape or glue to stick the ends to the plastic inner frame outside of the speaker and the sponge would just lay over top.

mine didnt come with a stick but it wasnt necessary. Easy install good video. Wish they were a little thicker though. for some reason the torn ones felt fluffier.

@@philly4yaa These are originals. How much bigger is the original pads you have compared to the ones you got? With time the foam will expand when it deteriorated. Maybe that us difference?? 😀

My HyperX revolver S cushions deteriorated quite rapidly in few weeks, the black skin peeled off and the red foam started to fall by bits after few months. Even the black skin of the arch peeled off quickly after 3 weeks. Is it normal? Thank you for the video cuz these ear pads are not easy to remove

No, that is not normal at all. You should get at least a year out of these ear pads. You are talking about your original ear oads from hyperx right?

I only have the oads similar to the originals that are designed to attach the same way. I have a large set of pads that might pull over and around the edges. I will have to test them first.

Looking at the pics online they seem to use the same ear pads as Cloud revolver S. I would say so but you could just buy revolver S ear pads. They are readily available

So basically if you wanna know whether or not you’ve installed them correctly, you hear a “ Snap “ every time it attaches to a clip?

You will hear that on most of them. However, when you put the pad in place you can normally slide one side under the clips and then the rest get pushed down and you hear a snap. After you do the installation just go around the edge and you will see the little plastic clips over the ear pad rim. If they are not then you try again on that clip.
