When I was a PhD student in Borneo I volunteered at BOSF (Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation) for 8 months. The was the most emotional place I ever worked at. You have babies coming in because of their mothers where either killed or somehow had died. The illegal pet trade or from ppl killing the mothers who work at the Palm Oil plantations or just deforestation. There are roughly 200k while Borneo or Sumatra Orangutans left in the wild so the next time you eat a Ritz cracker think of the Orangutans and their plight

This video touched my heart! Such a loving mama. You can see how she adores her baby. This video should be repeated and repeated so more people can see for themselves the humanness of these beautiful creatures and maybe man can extend some human kindness towards them! The enclosure you have created for our relatives is very authentic with things you would find in nature. I was so happy to see a comfortable nest for her to give birth. I do believe she feels loved. It is the good result of loving and caring Manager who is the impulse to staff. Furthering the order of that finer straw that offers warmth. First time I have seen thoughtful consideration to the type of straw ordered. Congratulations! How the female carer focused on the mother rather than claiming her dear baby as her own. Lovely. Reminds me of how orangutang mother can be encouraged to relaxed to be able to enjoy and love and care for her dear baby. One sees their eyelids. Sweet. Their physical journey ( well cared for) becomes a loving journey within leading to evolution and contentment. Give staff a rise HUGE rise please please. Best video ever! No manipulative music that underestimates the viewer and offers sentimentality. Honestly great clip guys! Best one I have seen in captivity scenarios. The clip begins with staff observing their most revered charge while in deeper communication with each other to create this harmony. Omg thank you guys for being who you are. A video of connection overall. There are authorities in a better position that people watching this video to protect habitat to encourage sharing of our planet Earth with our fellow primates. Orangatans are nothing like the small monkeys of south east asia the mcquets who dont seem to have that same tenderness as the orangs these mothers carry their babies like human mothers carefully in their arms and and hold them close like a treasure they have and feed them from their mouth it looks like an effectionate kiss but iam sure she fed her baby with finely chewed food they are remarkable creatures they cant be allowed to go extint we have to do much more to make sure they survive human destruction of their habitat and stop using palm oil 💜☮️💟🕉️☸️🛐🇦🇺🇺🇦🇮🇩🇮🇩🌈🌈☔️☔️🙏🙏🩵🍀🌹🐚
