very well put together video! i respect that you mention your knowledge about the game- I feel it's rare to see someone take a wholesome and respectful approach to commentating on other's gameplay. loved the vid!

Loving the content Jeff keep up the great work! Was also very closely watching this race and was shocked at both deaths. Thanks for the more thorough breakdown of Ahmpy's crash situation. The most circulated clip was only the 2nd crash so I never got to see the 1st crash. Cheers from HC Elite :)

It was a heartbreaking end for these mages, but also happy for zeroji he's an amazing hunter

would be cool to see a more detailed version of what you think is the best route for race to 60, classes that could pull it off besides mage, etc

Bottom line, he got greedy and didnt care to restart his pc. Not greedy as in money but as in becoming world 1st. A resatrt would only take him a few mins max. i hope he learnt a lesson.

He's probably just not a technically-minded person. If you're not technical, then computers seem like magic, as opposed to predictable machines that behave in predictable ways. Sure it can be hard to diagnose why a particular crash happened, but yes restarting should have been the absolute MINIMUM he should have done. Unfortunately if you're not technical minded you just see a crash as a magic one-time event that won't happen again, like getting struck by lightning back-to-back.
@720zoneАй бұрын
Yea I think you're right. I'm not sure if he didn't realized what happened, just wasn't thinking clearly or what, but diving instantly into another pull without resolving the crash was odd.

Its good seeing a boomer (with hair, im jealous) who is mature and humble making videos on youtube.

Really appreciate this comment man; thank you. Lucky with the hair yes! Gray but still all there.

Mages shouldn't count in race for server firsts, in my honest opinion.
@joshea7861Ай бұрын
hunters shouldnt either

This is why I liked the achievements from Cata forward for "Achievement: Realm First Warlock, or Realm First Warrior."

Like climbing Everest, running a marathon. For players its a sense of accomplishment. For these streamers they get hundreds or thousands of subscribers, which equals $$.

Classic is such a weird and flawed game. 5 classes are useful the rest are just meh but god is it addicting lol

I don't understand the appeal of hc and sweat this much for it.... Okay maybe if there's a big cash money price if you win but other than that, fuck this.
@720zoneАй бұрын
Yea I guess. For players its the same thing as 'why climb a mountain.'
@thorbeorn4295Ай бұрын
@@720zone climbing a mountain has some real prestige, especially if it's a big or hard one to climb. Hardcore in a videogame though? lmao

All I gotta say, is deserved.. HC is stupid for this very reason. Imagine working all day and telling your boss you don't need paid........ that's HC.
@720zoneАй бұрын
Interesting comment for sure! I don't quite understand the analogy. This could be said for almost every moment of gameplay we all experience, except, ironically, these two guys in the video, who made hundreds or thousand of dollars while playing.
@dei_stroyerАй бұрын
@@720zone 99% of the population doesn't get paid, they're playing HC because the streamers are, because it's trendy, then they just lost a character that took how long to level, build, theorycraft and gear. Complete waste of time for a regular person to just work for free.
