CG boosted Darth Varder's raid viability so people who spent hundreds of dollars on Darth Vader when they offered the Vader paid packages a year ago didn't revolt. I can't kill a KRU relic 5 with Darth Vader and my Darth Vader is relic 6. Bottom line, who gives a sh*t about raid. I spent money on Darth Vader to make me viable in Arena and Grand Arena and they have STOLEN that. They STOLE MY MONEY! Vader's culling blade does less damage usually than his basic and culling blade takes away all debuff's. So, a heavily debuffed enemy takes high damage and that's why paired with Lord Vader he does high damage against RAID ONLY. Because Darth Vader does 100% more damage with culling blade against RAID. CG stole my money because now DARTH VADER CAN'T YEET EVEN ATTACKERS WITH CULLING BLADE. THESE PEOPLE ARE GARBAGE THIEVES. THEY'RE LIKE DEMOCRATS MOVING THE GOAL POST.

I would love LV if he had synergy with 501st clones. They completely missed the mark with this one. At least LV's and JMK's damage output does go with lore based on Kenobi's and Anakin's physical attributes. When they fought kenobi knew a prolonged fight he would lose. Anakin is physically superior to Kenobi in everyway. Whereas for Anakin the longer he would drag out a fight his chances of winning drastically increases.

I was expecting this myself. They could even have added a mechanic where if Lord Vader is the leader, 501st clones become darkside / Empire so he maintains synergy with his team. This is pretty nice having another option to solo this but I still find SLKR easier to solo the sith raid. With SLKR, you only need KRU and Hux and not a full team of 5 and it only takes like... 20 minutes

Super easy fix to LV’s damage that ramps it up nicely and makes more use of his ultimate would be- At the start of each of Lord Vader's turns, enemies are inflicted with 2 Damage Over Time effects for 2 turns, which can't be resisted. Enemies with Damage Over Time effects can't gain bonus Turn Meter. If Lord Vader is in the leader slot, each time a Damage Over Time effect is inflicted on an enemy unit, he gains 0.5% Offence (stacking) until the end of the encounter. If Lord Vader has Ashes of the Republic, the Offence gain is doubled. Seriously, he’d be a beast then!

Lord Vader probably had the most hype of ALL CHARACTERS in GOH history and when we finally see him he's behind the one of the biggest paywalls probably in mobile gaming history, his team loses to nearly every other GL without effort, his team makes ZERO sense and he probably has one of the worst ult animations.

Maybe. The only problem was it was hard to apply DOTs aside from Lord Vader. Darth Vader kept getting resisted. I would use a tenacity down character to get more out there.

SLKR can just about solo the Sith raid without a team. Got to be careful about phase 1, but after that he easily solos the other 3 without a single teammate. I really wish CG would just undo the nerfs. Just say "nerfs not working as intended" and undo all the nerfs, just keep the buffs and AI tweaks. Darth Vader on offense was powerful but still had limits and wasn't 100% consistent at beating any top end teams, amazing in PVE things like assault battles, GEO TB, and conquest. And on defense, he was a complete idiot so it's not even like his F2P accessibility was game breaking either. And GAS and Luke? They're knocking on the door of Galactic Legends with their requirements anyway, so nerfing them is just a spiteful way of saying "They've been in the game too long so too many F2P players finally climbed to the top of their mountains." And Wat's Damage tech is literally just for turn meter and preventing revives now... should at least say "50% offense" or "Armor penetration up."
