Absolutely beautiful. I’d changed the color of the walls to white. I’d put a ceiling fan in the master bedroom and turn the empty small room into a walk in closet. I. The 1/2 bath on the main floor I would change out the sink and add a small vanity with storage. Minor changes.

NICE! Even though it's officially a 1 bedroom, you could probably slide a twin over full bunkbed in the 'computer room' for guests, and could always put a sofa-bed in the living room (can you tell I'm mentally preparing for grandkids? Ha!) And that half-bath off the lounge ALWAYS makes all the difference....

The village certainly looks bigger than the 1200 souls Wikipedia credits it for. Built like the Flatiron building. So strange how efficient the Italians are with where they site homes and how fully the lots in town are filled. The kitchen could hold dining easily. The lounge on the main floor is plenty big enough if the street noise doesn’t get in the way.

Would you please update your videos with a note that says the property has been sold, or taken off the market, so viewers know. I went to the website to see if it is still available, and it is not listed. I noted the reference number in the property ID space and it doesn't pull anything. It doesn't even pull properties that are on the site listed for sale. I don't know if the search is not working, or if it was sold, that sold properties are only listed for so long and then removed. There are properties listed that have been sold. I don't want to write to inquire because the office folks have more important things to do than constantly be bother with "Hi, Is this property still available?" No, okay thank you. "Hi again, this that property still available?" No, okay thank you.

I hate that my mind automatically thinks, how can i split this so that I can rent out part of it 😅 I would close offf that second level as a rental unit, turn the small room into a kitchenette. and live in the main level (it looked like the bathroom already had a shower head and faucet handle (initially I thought it was for bidet but then i saw the water handle thing). I don't need a ton of space so even the kitchen seems enough lol.

This is a move-in ready place in a great location. Perfect for an individual or couple looking for an age-in-place home with minimal stairs. The downside for some may be the busy road it is located on and possible lack of privacy since it is on the ground floor. That being said, this ticks off so many of our boxes. Someone is sure to snatch this one up!

Yes except that it doesn't have a kitchen yet. But advantage of that is one can choose the kitchen one likes (basic or top notch) but it needs to be added to the price. Move in is still possible because as people work to install the kitchen one can just go to a pizzeria or microwave food ;).

On a positive note, you have the opportunity to install a kitchen that suits your needs and tastes. Compared to a home that needs major renovations, this one is almost move in ready.

There is a lack of information about the utilities beneath the house. What is the condition of the sewage pipes? Were they replaced during any recent renovations? I would like to know the status of the plumbing, particularly the sink and toilet. Are they in working condition? What is the current state of the building's roof, and when was the last time it was replaced or repaired? Who resides on the second floor, and how is the responsibility for maintaining the building shared among neighbors? In general, I liked the video.

It has been completely restored, all utilities and roof are in perfect order. When you live in a building with anyone else then you are all responsible for comunal parts such as the roof your percentage would be less than those directly underneath but it is all new so I would not be concerned about that.

Minor changes in this property. I would turn the 1/2 bathroom into a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, the empty space to a walk in wardrobe and definitely change the colour of the walls.
