The most balanced games for competitive play are games like Star Wars Legion and Kings of War. Conquest is on its way , I think some more balance issues and scenarios need tweaking. 40K is the worst.

Depending how tight the points are , but he usually runs 3 with DLT and 2 with T21 , something like that.
