@@niamsidri He's clearly doing what he can with the very limited resources at his disposal. His main concern is keeping the "loose ends" away from his ship until they can jump to the original galaxy, which so far is working perfectly. The heroes are far away from his ship, and Baylan Skoll did his part and is no longer needed. Idk what else you think he should be doing against a strong Jedi and her allies, clearly he cant defeat them on a direct fight.

It's really nuts how flawlessly he nails the Ezra mannerisms from an older version of the character. Also, him catching the lightsaber with just the Force was _awesome._

Yeah that was a cool detail where they added the lightsaber blade get distorted from him pushing it back, I'm really loving small details like this and really just impressed with this entire season, it's so good!

Ive been waiting all day for your reaction Louise!!!! Bylan is definitely on some type of strict path, Shin is obviously conflicted leanin towards the dark side and he sees that. He sends her off with little emotion but she takes it a little harder......even when Ahsoka was offering to help to could see her inner turmoil. I think she is going to have a big part in the future with her journey and where she eventually lands Force philosophy wise

Sort of. Borsk was Bothan so he had a general distrust of everything and everyone, which made his people great spies. Xiono is just a political shill. Not a huge fan of how they used 3PO. I guess I'm just unimpressed with this episode following last week's really strong showing. Too much filler, turtle people are basically a waste of time and could be spent on more world/character building.

What a wonderful tribute to Anthony Daniels and his contributions to the Star Wars saga for so many years. What a wonderful career and talented man. Highlight of this episode was the reunion between Ahsoka and Ezra. The last time they spoke was running from Sidious in the World Between Worlds... circa February 2018, Rebels Season 4. Ahsoka made a promise and years later, she kept it.

We all know the last episode won't disappoint. It doesn't matter which heroes or villains die during the last episode; all viewers will be rewarded with a captivating story that we all know and love. Or there will be a cliffhanger, in which we know there's almost guaranteed a Second Season, lol. :)

I don't know why I just adore Shin. She's so comically serious, I love it! I believe we've gotten the first look at possible live action Zeffo who were introduced in the Jedi: Fallen Order game. The headdress of the bandits that help Baylon and Shinn are very similar to the headdress of the Zeffo and the orbs the great mothers use are similar to Zeffo astriums. Plus someone translated the runes that were seen on the walls of the nightsister temple and they directly reference one of the Zeffo sages from the game.

The fact that Huyang wasn’t aware of Anakin’s recordings tells me that she hasn’t watched them in a long time. I love that part of this series is about Ashoka coming to peace with Anakin, and remembering him for who he was to her, rather than who he became, and forgiving herself for not having went there with him.

Can someone explain how technology works in star wars. They had the technology to have droids 25,000 years ago and yet hes more advanced than most droids in the present day and he can do pretty much everything.

@@jedipenguin2641It works the way an expansive shared universe does: sketchy at times, often with contradictions and retcons, and requiring an entire legion of the best continuity editors to keep it all in order. However, the main conceit is that (a) some galactic civilizations developed faster than others and (b) some technologies reached their plateaus thousands of years ago. There are those in-universe reasons, and there are also authorial reasons we see the same technologies from thousands of years ago. Star Wars has a recognizable flavour and straying too far away from that visual and contextual formula is generally avoided. So, we get droids, lightsabers, and hyperspace travel from thousands of years ago, with little discernible difference in the technology. Every now and again, some advancement is made (like the Death Star superlaser) but, in general, the notions are that either there is nowhere left to advance the tech or there is no desire to do so.

I could see ressurected nightsisters deployed on the various ships of Thrawns coming fleet, as magic support for special missions.

I think the stormtroppers are the distraction from the coffins, its something Thrawn would do for sure. Have you look at his clones but keep your attention away from the real threat. Also, I think that is why the episode eluded to that by having Thrawn saying cargo transfer was almost complete.

Keep in mind that Thrawn's strategy is merely to keep Ezra, Sabine and Ahsoka occupied, so two drop ships of regular troops are all that are necessary. Even if he did have some stormtroopers that were "night magic enhanced," it wouldn't be wise to play that card so soon.
